Cougar keeps popping up next to Jensen after that. And much like Jensen’s sudden influx of facial hair, Jensen decides to keep him.
This is possibly my favorite fic of the fandom. This series is wonderful, with fabulous OCs, intriguing and well-built backstories, and since it takes place (so far) before the comic or movie it’s all new territory. The warnings might be off-putting for some people; I am sensitive to a lot of what the authors warns for, and while the warnings are definitely needed the story told is so good that everything the fic puts you through, all the emotion it wrings out of you, is completely worth it.
As is the length, because it is a doozy.
